Tiramisu. I could live on the stuff. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between.
There's nothing particularly snazzy and jazzy about it, but it's definitely a classic, and one of my favourites. If it's on a menu, I'm having it!
I've posted other Tiramisu recipes with subtle twists but this is the traditional and classic version, and most definitely the recipe I love to use over any other Tiramisu recipe.
It's really quick and easy to make so great if you don't have a lot of time to make something fantastic, and is better made ahead of time to let the flavours develop.
Whip this up, invite some friends over, pour some coffee (and Grappa!) and enjoy some luxury :)
