A bit about me...
My name is Mandy and I'm a South African living in Ireland with my husband, Andrew. (Technically, we're both Irish now!)
I really love to cook and bake and am always looking for an excuse to make something special.
By day I'm a video editor for one of the major broadcasters in Ireland (it pays the baking bills!) and I also enjoy photography as a hobby (although, it's gone beyond hobby at this stage). All the pictures on this site have been taken by myself unless otherwise specified.
A bit about my blog...
The reason I started this blog was because I've really enjoyed searching through so many others and finding great recipes that I would never have thought to try. I hope that you will enjoy some of my contributions too.
Whenever possible I will name my sources for the recipes posted on this site.
