What. What?
I know, we're heading into autumn here, so what am I doing posting a recipe for ice-cream?
Firstly, I shot this at the beginning of summer, so it's been sitting collecting dust on my harddrive for a while (my bad).
Secondly, I believe ice-cream is good all year round. Big bowl with chocolate sauce in summer, melting on top of a slice of hot pie in winter. Need I say more?
This recipe can be make with or without an ice-cream maker and it is seriously delicious, I even made a video to help you out, so get churning!
